Prices
All published prices are quoted in Euro and include VAT (and additional taxes) at the current rate. Accommodation rates are per room per night. The management of Petroktisto has the ability to increase or reduce the room prices for any reason. If a reservation is made at a specific price, Petroktisto is bound to do so and not allowed to change the price to a non-profitable one for the customer.
Rooms
You can rent the entire mansion which can accommodate up to 10 people or one floor that can accommodate up to 5 people.
Children
Children were aged 12 or over are considered adults according to our rooms, beds, and benefits rates. In this case, we would like to be informed about the ages of children during the booking.
Check-in – Check Out
At the time of booking, it is not possible to confirm Early Arrival, or Deferred Departure for a particular day, because this depends on the hotel’s availability for that day. The only way to ensure Early Arrival, or Extended Check-in to your room (according to the hotel availability) is to let us know one day before your arrival, or before your departure, to avoid misunderstandings.
In any case, we would like to know your arrival time at Petroktisto because of the nature of our business (it is not a 24-hour reception hotel). The arrival and departure time information is necessary for your reception or the Check-out and delivery of the room back.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 21 days before the confirmed arrival date are not chargeable.
For cancellations between 20 days and 1 day before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation will be charged or the reservation may be transferred at a later date, according to the availability of the rooms and is free of charge.
For cancellations on and after the arrival date, 100% is charged for all days.
Prepaid discount packages are not refunded or transferred in any cancellation.
Early Departures
Early departures are considered as cancellations, so 100% of the amount is charged.

Service prices include all legal taxes. Prices can be changed by our company without any obligation to alert. In addition, the firm has the right to change prices in times when competitions, offers and more general promotions take place.
